Delivery Information GC

 

  • Orders must be placed before 11.59pm Wednesday.

  • We deliver as far north as ORMEAU and as south as COOLANGATTA

  • We deliver approx 10 minutes each side of the M1 

  • We make all our cookies to order. For this reason, we have implemented our delivery schedule to ensure limited time in transit.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during these times or specify if we are able to leave in a safe place if you will return within a short period of time as we accept no responsibility for your order after it has been delivered if you have specified to leave unattended.

  • If you live in a high rise building please ensure someone can meet us at the reception area. Due to receptionist throwing out orders left with the reception we will not leave cookies with receptionist unless you have arranged this with them prior. Once cookies are delivered we accept zero responsibility or liability for any incorrect handling or damage of the products. 

  • We only deliver to home addresses, we do not deliver to parks or hospitals or vague areas as our delivery times are approximate and subject to delays.
